The Nooma Story
Nooma Tasty was founded with a simple mission: to bring authentic Brazilian cheese bread to Denmark. What began as a small kitchen project quickly grew into a real business — driven by a love for craftsmanship and the finest ingredients.
In 2025, Danielly Aquino Enggaard took over Nooma Tasty with fresh ideas and a deep respect for the product that had already won hundreds of Danish hearts. With roots in São Paulo and a home base in Denmark, she combines the best of both worlds — Brazilian tradition and Danish quality.
The name NOOMA comes from the Greek word πνευμα (pneuma), meaning "wind", "spirit" or "breath" — the invisible force that drives us.


Behind Nooma
My name is Danielly Aquino Enggaard. I grew up in Espírito Santo, Brazil, and have always had a passion for food, culture and entrepreneurship. When the opportunity to take over Nooma Tasty came along, it was a natural choice — being able to share the taste of Brazil with all of Denmark is a privilege and a dream I live every day.
